1. The service

Crapmail.dk is a free, disposable email service that can only receive email. Emails are deleted automatically after the displayed period. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of uptime or email delivery.

2. Acceptable use

The service must not be used for illegal purposes, including fraud, harassment, circumventing legal obligations or activities that harm third parties. Abused addresses may be blocked without notice.

3. Open mailboxes

Mailboxes are publicly accessible to anyone who knows the address. You use the service at your own risk and accept that content may be seen by others.

4. Content and responsibility of the sender

Crapmail.dk is a technical intermediary that automatically receives and temporarily stores incoming email. We neither create, edit, monitor nor review the content of received emails. Sole responsibility for the content, legality and any transmission of an email rests with the sender of that email. We do not endorse, and cannot be held liable for, the content of emails sent to the service by third parties, including any unlawful, infringing, offensive or harmful content.

5. Notice and takedown

If you become aware of unlawful or infringing content on the service, please report it via the contact page (choose "Abuse"), stating the address and time. Upon a substantiated notice, we will remove or block access to the content in question without undue delay. Note that emails are in any case deleted automatically after the displayed retention period.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the service, including lost, delayed, read or deleted emails, and for the content of emails received from third parties. The service is not suitable for important or time-critical communication.

7. Changes

We may change or discontinue the service and these terms without notice. Material changes are published on this page.
